The III China–Latin America and the Caribbean Development Forum opened in Zhengzhou on August 18^th. Held under the theme "Economic and Commercial Connectivity for Reinforced Cooperation and Shared Social Prosperity," the forum brought together officials and scholars from leading international organizations and think tanks to build consensus and chart a course for deeper cooperation.

8月18日，第三届中国—拉美和加勒比发展论坛在郑州开幕。本届论坛以“经贸互通赋能 共享社会繁荣”为主题，多家权威国际机构、智库体系的官员及学者汇聚一堂，凝聚合作共识、共商合作大计。

Over the two‑day event, participants engaged in discussions and explored collaboration on a wide range of topics: digital empowerment and targeted poverty alleviation, aging populations and inclusive growth, agricultural trade and livelihood security, clean energy cooperation and technological innovation, trade logistics and job creation, as well as cultural exchange, education, and think‑tank partnerships.

在为期两天的论坛期间，与会嘉宾围绕数字赋能与精准减贫、老龄化应对与包容性增长、农产品贸易与民生筑基、清洁能源合作与科技创新、商贸物流与就业创造，以及文化交流、教育与智库合作等议题展开讨论与合作。

The forum has been held twice in Beijing, China and Lima, Peru previously. It has become a vital platform for dialogue and exchange between Chinese and Latin American and Caribbean think‑tank and professional communities.

此前，论坛已先后在中国北京、秘鲁利马成功举办两届，是中国与拉美和加勒比国家智库、实务界对话交流的重要平台。
