On June 3, in Beiwudu Town, Luohe, Henan Province, foreign visitors tried authentic Beiwudu hu la tang (spicy pepper soup) for the first time—and were instantly hooked after just one sip.
After finishing the bowl, an international friend from Kazakhstan couldn't hide the excitement and shouted: "So good! I feel like I'm from Henan now!"
The happiness of Henan's signature breakfast has clearly won them over—and it can no longer stay a secret.
