On May 12, the "Meet in Zhongyuan, Discover China through Henan — 2026 China Storyteller Partnerships Henan Tour" visited the China-Europe freight train hub at Zhengzhou International Land Port.

Geoff Thompson, editor-in-chief of Luxembourg-based G-Media Sarl, said that exchanges and cooperation between Luxembourg and Henan, particularly Zhengzhou, have continued to deepen. The ties began with the partnership between Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Co., Ltd and Cargolux Airlines. Since then, bilateral trade and two-way investment have steadily expanded. At present, seven Chinese-funded banks have established their European headquarters in Luxembourg, which is expected to inject strong momentum into financial cooperation between the two sides.
