From April 25 to April 29, 2026, the Chinese Consulate General in Vladivostok led a youth delegation on a visit to Zhengzhou and Kaifeng, Central China's Henan province. The eight outstanding young participants came from the Government of Primorsky Krai, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Far Eastern Federal University, and Vladivostok State University.

4月25日至29日，中国驻符拉迪沃斯托克总领事馆组织领区青年代表团访问河南省郑州市和开封市，来自俄罗斯滨海边疆区州政府、俄远东和北极发展集团、俄科学院远东分院、远东联邦大学、符拉迪沃斯托克国立大学等单位的8名优秀青年代表参加。

During the visit, the delegation held talks with the leadership of the provincial foreign affairs office on local history, culture, economy, and China-Russia cooperation. They also engaged in discussions with professors and students at Zhengzhou University, paid a field visit to Henan Konggang Iflytek Information Technology Co., Ltd., and toured Henan Museum, Shaolin Temple, Yue Fei Temple, and Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. In addition, they attended the live-action performance "The Great Song Dynasty·Reminiscences of the Eastern Capital".  

访问期间，代表团同河南省外办领导围绕地方历史文化、经济发展及中俄合作等议题进行交流，同郑州大学师生座谈，实地考察河南空港讯飞信息科技有限公司，参观河南博物院、少林寺、岳飞庙、清明上河园，并观看《大宋·东京梦华》实景演出。

The delegation experienced the vitality of Chinese modernization and explored the rich cultural heritage of the Central Plains during their stay. The participants were also impressed by the urban greenery, the convenience of daily life, and the warmth and hospitality of the local people. They unanimously expressed their willingness to actively promote China-Russia practical cooperation and youth-friendly exchanges.

代表团切身感受中国式现代化的蓬勃生机，深入体悟中原作为中华文明摇篮的厚重底蕴，同时对城市绿化、生活便利程度及当地民众的热情友善印象深刻，一致表示愿做中俄务实合作与青年友好交流的积极推动者。（记者：杨佳欣 审校：陈行洁 赵汉青）
