As the main driver of technological innovation in Henan, the Henan Investment Group has taken the lead in establishing Henan Embodied Intelligence Industry Development Co., which recently announced an upcoming collaboration with Unitree Robotics. This partnership signals that investment in Henan is taking concrete steps to position itself in the future-oriented robotics industry.

In terms of building industrial platforms, Henan Investment has launched the first heterogeneous humanoid robot training ground in central China. It has also established and begun trial operations of the province's first robot 4S store in Zhengzhou. This initiative not only allows the public to experience various types of robots up close but also provides services such as scenario-based training and customized development, helping bridge the "last mile" from R&D to practical application.

In the area of corporate cooperation and project implementation, Henan Investment has leveraged capital empowerment to attract leading robotics companies to establish a presence in Henan. A strategic partnership has been formed with Unitree Robotics—famous for its three appearances on the CCTV Spring Festival Gala—to jointly build an embodied intelligence innovation center. The group has also led investments in Zhongqing Robotics, supporting the establishment of a global humanoid robot manufacturing base in Zhengzhou, with plans to build an annual production line capable of producing tens of thousands of units. In addition, projects such as Zhiyuan Robotics' central China industrial base and UBTECH's embedded robotics industry town have also settled in the region, creating a clustering effect.

Henan's push into the robotics sector is by no means a blind venture. It leverages the province's strong manufacturing foundation—covering 41 major industrial categories—to revitalize local supply chain resources. Guided by favorable policies and driven by fund investments and collaborative industrial development, the region is steadily building a full-chain ecosystem that spans core component R&D, complete machine manufacturing, and scenario-based applications.

Today, Zhengzhou is home to over 5,000 enterprises in the robotics industry chain. With a dual-wheel drive of investment in Henan and industrial development, the robotics sector is emerging as a new engine for high-quality growth in the region.
