Recently, the government work report outlining key tasks for 2026 proposed guiding enterprises to optimize their global market and promoting integrated development of trade and investment, as well as domestic and foreign trade. The message has injected fresh confidence into companies from Henan seeking to expand overseas. Yet as some firms set sail for global markets, they are also encountering real-world challenges. During a recent visit to the LB Group, our reporter heard firsthand about the growing shortage of internationally minded talent.
