Since the launch of the Spring Festival travel rush, Zhengzhou airport has seen a surge in passenger traffic. In the first two weeks of the Spring Festival travel rush, it handled 9,804 flights, up 3.4 percent year on year, and served 1.31 million passengers, an increase of 4.1 percent compared with the same period in 2025.

春运开始后，广大旅客乘机出行较多，郑州机场迎来客流高峰，春运前两周共保障进出港航班9804架次，较2025年春运同期增长3.4%，服务旅客131万人次，较2025年春运同期增长4.1%。

Zhengzhou airport saw rapid growth in both flight movements and passenger throughput in the first two weeks of the Spring Festival travel rush. The airport handled an average of 700 flights per day, with a single-day peak of 727. Daily passenger traffic averaged 93,600, reaching a record 98,500 in one day.
