On November 14, our reporter learned from Zhengzhou Airport Customs (ZAC) under Zhengzhou Customs that on November 12, Zhengzhou Airport Port (ZAP) handled 52 batches of imported fresh goods with the total weight exceeding 180 tons, setting a new historical high for single-day fresh imports.

11月14日，记者从郑州海关所属郑州机场海关获悉，11月12日，郑州航空口岸保障进口生鲜货物52批、货重突破180吨，单日生鲜进口量创历史新高。

Since the beginning of this year, ZAP's fresh cold chain business has maintained a strong growth momentum, becoming an "accelerator" for freight growth. According to statistics from ZAC, as of the end of October, ZAP's total import volume of fresh goods exceeded 16,600 tons, a year-on-year increase of 208%, covering major categories such as fruits, chilled aquatic products, and edible aquatic animals. Specifically, fruit imports reached nearly 5,000 tons, up 148% year-on-year, while chilled aquatic product imports exceeded 8,000 tons, surging about 15 times year-on-year.

今年以来，郑州航空口岸生鲜冷链增长势头强劲，成为货运增长的“加速器”。据郑州机场海关统计，截至10月底，郑州航空口岸进口生鲜货物超1.66万吨，同比增长208%，涵盖水果、冰鲜水产品、食用水生动物等主要品类——其中，水果进口近5000吨，同比增长148%；冰鲜水产品进口超8000吨，同比增长约15倍。

The increasingly "booming" import situation is attributed to the robust support of the fresh goods guarantee system.

进口形势日益“火爆”，得益于生鲜货物保障体系的有力支撑。

It is understood that ZAC has focused on the key points of "freshness preservation" and "timeliness", making targeted efforts to enhance service efficiency. It has opened a "green channel" for fresh goods clearance, deepened coordination and linkage with relevant port departments, and fully leveraged the advantages of "integrated" guarantee for cargo tallying, storage, and inspection at designated supervision sites. It has actively promoted intelligent supervision measures such as "smart approval" and "smart certificate verification", and continuously optimized the customs clearance process through models like "advance declaration" and "conditional release". It has implemented a 24/7 appointment-based customs clearance mechanism, continuously reducing the time for port operations, inspections, and testing. With efficient and convenient customs clearance services, it has continuously attracted global fresh goods to gather at ZAP, injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of fresh trade.

据了解，郑州机场海关聚焦“保鲜”“时效”两点，精准发力提升服务效能：开设生鲜货物通关“绿色通道”，深化与口岸相关部门协同联动，充分释放指定监管场地理货、存储、查检“一体化”保障优势；积极推广“智能审批”“智慧审证”等智能化监管举措，通过“提前申报”“附条件提离”等模式持续优化通关流程；推行“7×24”小时预约通关机制，不断压缩口岸操作、查验、检测时效，以高效便捷的通关服务，持续吸引全球生鲜货物集聚郑州航空口岸，为生鲜贸易高质量发展注入强劲动力。

The changes are "visible to the naked eye". Chilled salmon from Norway can now travel from the Atlantic fishing grounds to the domestic market in as little as 24 hours, with freshness improved by 30% compared with previous years, making ZAP an important salmon distribution center in central China.

变化“肉眼可见”。挪威冰鲜三文鱼从大西洋渔场出发，最快24小时就能运抵国内市场，鲜活度较往年提升30%，使得郑州航空口岸成为中部地区重要的三文鱼集散中心。

With effective "freshness preservation" measures for imported fresh goods, overseas sources have "come unsolicited". Live Philippine eels, Thai rambutans, Norwegian king crabs... Fresh goods that previously needed to transit through Guangzhou or Shanghai are now choosing direct flights to Henan. Since 2021, the variety of ZAP's imported fresh goods has increased from 9 to 34 types, with sources covering more than 20 countries and regions around the world. Notably, on August 25 last year, the first "Kuala Lumpur-Zhengzhou" fresh durian charter flight successfully landed in Henan, marking the first entry of Malaysian fresh durians into the Chinese market and enriching the "fruit plates" of people in the Central Plains. 

进口生鲜“保鲜”有道，海外客源“不请自来”。菲律宾活黄鳝、泰国红毛丹、挪威帝王蟹……以往需经广州、上海中转的生鲜货物，如今纷纷选择直飞河南。2021年以来，郑州航空口岸进口生鲜品类从9种增至34种，来源地覆盖全球20多个国家及地区。特别值得一提的是，去年8月25日，“吉隆坡—郑州”鲜食榴莲包机首航成功落地河南，标志着马来西亚鲜食榴莲首次进入中国市场，让中原百姓的“果盘子”更加丰富。

"Taking the fresh cold chain as a breakthrough, ZAP has continuously expanded its international freight network," said Ji Dakai, Senior Commissioner for Port Economy at the Port Administration of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone. Since the beginning of this year, ZAP has newly introduced nine renowned cargo airlines including Mexico’s Awesome Airlines, and launched 16 new cargo routes such as Zhengzhou-Madrid and Zhengzhou-Riyadh. As of the end of October, ZAP has gathered 36 all-cargo airlines, operating 68 all-cargo aircraft routes connecting 32 countries. During peak periods, an all-cargo aircraft takes off or lands every 20 minutes on average, with a single-aircraft guarantee duration of no more than 3 hours, placing its multi-aircraft simultaneous handling capability at the forefront.

“以生鲜冷链为突破口，郑州航空口岸持续拓展国际货运网络。”郑州航空港区口岸管理局口岸经济高级专员季大凯介绍，今年以来，郑州航空口岸新引进墨西哥奥胜航空等9家知名货运航司，新开通郑州—马德里、郑州—利雅得等16条货运航线。截至10月底，郑州航空口岸共汇聚36家全货运航司，开通68条全货机航线，通达32个国家。高峰时段平均20分钟就有一架全货机起降，单机保障时长不超过3小时，多机同场保障能力位居前列。

The improvement of the route network and the enhancement of guarantee capabilities have driven the continuous growth of international freight volume.
