Since the beginning of this year, Henan has continued to optimize its supply structure, with local enterprises steadily enhancing the international competitiveness of their products. Exports are increasingly driven by innovation and green development. 

今年以来，河南持续优化供给结构，企业不断提升产品国际竞争力，外贸出口“含新量”和“含绿量”进一步提升。

According to statistics released by Zhengzhou Customs on August 20, in the first seven months of 2025, Henan's high-tech exports totaled 114.4 billion yuan, a 33.4% increase year-on-year, contributing 35.8% to the province's overall export growth. Exports of computers and communication equipment, instruments and meters, biomedicine, and high-end machine tools saw growth rates of 37.5%, 19.4%, 16.7%, and 55.1%, respectively.

8月20日，记者从郑州海关获悉，今年前7个月，河南出口高技术产品1144亿元，同比增长33.4%，对同期河南整体出口增长的贡献率为35.8%。其中，计算机及通信设备、仪器仪表、生物医药、高端机床出口分别同比增长37.5%、19.4%、16.7%、55.1%。

During the same period, Henan's exports of green and low-carbon products such as electric vehicles, lithium batteries and photovoltaic products reached 16.09 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year surge of 158.1%.

同期，河南出口以电动汽车、锂电池、光伏产品为代表的绿色低碳产品160.9亿元，同比增长158.1%。

In recent years, free trade agreements like the RCEP and the China–ASEAN FTA have been further implemented, enabling high-tech products to take advantage of tariff reductions and reach international markets more efficiently.

近年来，随着RCEP、中国—东盟等自贸协定的深入实施，高新技术产品也借助关税减让措施更好地实现了“走出去”。

"This not only helps further reduce export costs for Henan enterprises, but also facilitates their transition from traditional processing and manufacturing toward higher value-added activities, thereby supporting the province's strategy to build a strong manufacturing base," stated an official from the Duty Department of Zhengzhou Customs.
