In the midsummer of the Central Plains, the sun blazes and heat waves roll. On this land brimming with vitality and vigor, high-speed trains on lines such as the Beijing-Guangzhou, Zhengzhou-Chongqing, and Zhengzhou-Fuyang railways shuttle like silver dragons, carrying hundreds of thousands of passengers to distant destinations.
暑运期间,客流量持续攀升,高铁线路满图运行。高基数、高密度的开行,对高铁运行的安全性与时效性带来了不小的考验。而在这背后,高铁列控系统就如同“贪吃蛇”游戏背后的智能算法,它能够提前规划列车的行驶速度和方向,为列车在复杂的高铁线路中“穿针引线”,确保每一趟行程都安全有序。
During the summer travel rush, passenger flow continues to rise, and high-speed rail (HSR) lines operate at full capacity. The high volume and density of train operations pose significant challenges to the safety and timeliness of HSR operations. Behind the scenes, the HSR train control system is like the intelligent algorithm behind the "Snake" game: it can pre-plan the train's speed and direction, "threading the needle" for trains in complex HSR lines to ensure every trip is safe and orderly.
然而,列控系统的高效运转离不开专业运维人员的精心呵护。高铁列控系统技术精密、结构复杂,传统的培训模式往往局限于理论讲解和简单的模拟操作,难以让高铁职工真正掌握实战技能。
However, the efficient operation of the train control system cannot do without the careful care of professional operation and maintenance (O&M) personnel. The HSR train control system is technically sophisticated and structurally complex. Traditional training methods, which are often limited to theoretical explanations and simple simulation operations, make it difficult for HSR staff to truly master practical skills.
近年来,国铁集团郑州局郑州高铁基础设施段创新打造高铁列控运维三维仿真实训系统,以数字化手段赋能高铁运维人才培养,为中国高铁技术持续领跑注入新动能。
In recent years, the Zhengzhou HSR Infrastructure Section of China Railway's Zhengzhou Bureau has innovatively developed a 3D simulation training system for HSR train control O&M and utilized the digital tools to empower the training of HSR's O&M talents, injecting new momentum into China's continued leadership in HSR technology.
实训系统依托三维模拟技术,深度融合真实高铁列控系统与1:1还原的三维场景模型,通过构建逼真的虚拟场景,使工作人员“沉浸式”完成故障排查、参数调试、应急处置等全流程操作,实现从理论学习到实战演练的无缝衔接。
The training system relies on 3D simulation technology, deeply integrating the real HSR train control system with a 1:1 restored 3D scene model. By creating realistic virtual scenarios, it enables staff to complete full-process operations such as fault diagnosis, parameter debugging, and emergency response in an "immersive" manner, which can achieve a seamless transition from theoretical learning to practical drills.
“系统还具备故障复现追溯、操作流程评估、数据智能分析等功能,可精准定位学员技术短板,定制个性化培训方案。”国铁集团郑州局郑州高铁基础设施段相关负责人介绍。
"The system also features functions such as fault recurrence and traceability, operation process evaluation, and intelligent data analysis, which can accurately identify students' technical weaknesses and customize personalized training programs," said a relevant person in charge of the Zhengzhou HSR Infrastructure Section of China Railway's Zhengzhou Bureau.
利用仿真实训系统,学员可以任意模拟信号设备故障、轨道电路故障、列车超速运行等多种复杂场景,通过反复练习,掌握应对各种故障的方法和技巧。这种从理论学习到实战演练的无缝衔接,让学员在安全、虚拟环境中积累实战经验,有效弥补了传统培训的短板。同时,专业的培训指导人员,会全程对职工的操作进行实时指导和纠正,不断提升从业人员维修技术水平。
Using the simulation training system, students can simulate various complex scenarios at will, such as signal equipment failures, track circuit faults, and train over-speeding. Through repeated practice, they master methods and skills to deal with various faults. This seamless transition from theoretical learning to practical drills allows students to accumulate practical experience in a safe, virtual environment, effectively compensating for the shortcomings of traditional training. Meanwhile, professional training instructors provide real-time guidance and corrections throughout the staff's operations to continuously improve the maintenance skills of practitioners.
自系统投入使用以来,已累计培养120余名列控技术骨干,相关人员故障处置效率提升40%以上,为高铁等线路的安全运营提供了坚实保障。该系统的成功实践,不仅填补了国内高铁列控三维仿真培训的技术空白,也为行业标准化运维体系建设提供了“郑州样板”。
Since the system was put into use, it has trained over 120 backbone train control technicians. The fault handling efficiency of relevant personnel has increased by more than 40%, providing a solid guarantee for the safe operation of HSR lines. The successful practice of this system not only fills the domestic technical gap in 3D simulation training for HSR train control but also provides a "Zhengzhou model" for the construction of standardized O&M systems in the industry.
