Recently, the reporter saw in Jiaozuo Coal Industry (Group) Kaiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. that the first 2MW hydrogen fuel cell cogeneration demonstration project in China was operating efficiently.

近日，记者在焦作煤业（集团）开元化工有限责任公司看到，国内首个2MW级氢燃料电池热电联供示范项目高效运转。

"This project is the first comprehensive utilization attempt to use industrial by-product hydrogen as energy. It was successfully tested last year." Liu Zhiqiang,the project leader,pointed to the large screen of the control room and said that the project used the originally emptied hydrogen as raw material and adopted advanced purification technology to increase the purity of hydrogen from 99.5% to 99.999%.

“这个项目是首次以工业副产品氢为能源的综合利用尝试，去年才试运行成功。”项目负责人刘志强指着控制室大屏说，项目利用原来排空的氢气作为原料，采用先进的提纯工艺，将氢气纯度由原来的99.5%提升到99.999%。

The integrated filling column  equipment developed by the project is used for hydrogen filling, equipped with advanced automatic metering and billing management system, changing the existing Valve-Operated filling mode, and realizing timed and quantitative filling management.  

该项目开发的充装柱集成设备，用于氢气充装，配备先进的自动计量和计费管理系统，改变现有管阀式充装方式，实现了实时定量充装管理。

"Our company has won the country's first safety production procedures and a production license for industrial hydrogen products. In the past year, the sales volume of ordinary hydrogen has exceeded 36.9 million cubic meters, and the sales revenue of high-purity hydrogen has reached 7.9 million yuan."

Liu Zhiqiang said.

“公司拿下了全国首个安全生产手续及工业氢气产品生产许可证，一年来普通氢气销售量已突破3690万立方米，高纯氢气销售收入已达790万元。”刘志强说。

"What makes us even prouder is the project's annual reduction of over 600 tons of carbon dioxide emissions."Cheng Bingguo, deputy general manager of Kaiyuan Chemical, slid the screen to bring up environmental protection data. The comparison curve between environmental protection indicators and economic benefits is clearly visible. The two rising curves perfectly interpret the development philosophy of "green water and green mountains are both treasures to be safeguarded.”

“更让我们自豪的是，项目带来的每年600余吨的二氧化碳减排量。”开元化工副总经理程秉国滑动屏幕调出环保数据，环保指标与经济效益的对比曲线清晰可见，两条上升的曲线完美诠释了“既要绿水青山，也要金山银山”的发展理念。

In the eastern Jiaozuo hydrogenation station 40 kilometers away from the plant, the operator Si Kangli is filling the "Hydrogen Energy No.1" commercial concrete mixer truck with hydrogen produced by Kaiyuan Chemical.

距离厂区40公里外的焦作东部加氢站内，操作员司康莉正在为“氢能1号”商砼车加注开元化工生产的氢气。

"It can be refueled with hydrogen in just 20 minutes and travel over 300 kilometers." The hydrogen storage bottle group behind her reflects the shadow of the commercial concrete mixer truck. This is the first commercial hydrogen refueling station of Coking Coal Group and even Jiaozuo region.Each year, 360 tons of by-product hydrogen generated during the coking process can be utilized, enabling a complete closed - loop system where hydrogen is produced, stored,transported, refueled, and applied.

“20分钟加注的氢气就能行驶300多公里。”她身后的储氢瓶组倒映着商砼车的影子。这是焦煤集团乃至焦作地区首个商业化加氢站，年消纳焦化副产氢360吨，形成了“制氢—储运—加注—应用”的完整闭环。

" I used to be exposed to pollution when driving. Now, I'm truly experiencing zero-emission driving." Guo Yumin, the driver of the "Hydrogen Energy No.1" commercial concrete mixer truck, was deeply touched.

“以前开车先‘吃灰’，现在真正体验到了零排放驾驶。”驾驶“氢能1号”商砼车的司机郭育民深有感触。

The acceleration of a hydrogen energy transportation network covering the eastern and western urban areas of Jiaozuo, with the hydrogenation station in the western mining area entering the planning stage, as a model for the green and low-carbon development of traditional energy enterprises.

随着西部矿区加氢站进入规划阶段，一个覆盖焦作东西城区的氢能运输网络正在加速成形，为传统能源企业绿色低碳发展树立了示范标杆。

"We are firmly promoting the transformation of traditional energy to green zero- carbon clean energy, advancing the development of the whole industry chain of green hydrogen energy, and actively create new quality productivity."
