甲 骨 文“ 喜 ”字 ，上 半 部分 为“ 壴 ”（zhù），是 鼓 的 象形初文；下半部分是“口”，表示“ 鼓 ”的 属 性 是 使 人 振 奋 ，本 义 是 喜 乐 、高 兴 。 一 说“ 壴 ”表 示 敲 鼓 ，“ 口 ”表 示 唱歌 ，整 个 字 形 会 意 击 鼓 唱 歌作乐，本义不变。
