On October 12, the fields in Zhaomiao Village, Qitai Town, Zhecheng County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province, were bustling with activity as rotary tillers roared across the land, plowing and sowing wheat. With wheat planting in full swing, the county's Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has dispatched agricultural technicians to the fields to guide farmers in selecting seeds, applying fertilizers, and sowing scientifically.
