On October 8, the World Economic Forum (WEF) announced its 12th batch of global "Lighthouse Factories". Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery (ZMJ) Intelligent Park was successfully listed, becoming the first lighthouse factory in the global coal mining machinery industry. This recognition highlights Henan's strength in intelligent manufacturing.

10月8日，世界经济论坛（WEF）公布第12批全球“灯塔工厂”名单，郑煤机智慧园区成功入选，荣膺全球煤机行业的首家灯塔工厂，彰显河南智造实力。

According to reports, the "Lighthouse Factory" selection is a joint initiative by the WEF and McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. The title is awarded to what are considered the world's most advanced factories, showcasing the highest standards of intelligent manufacturing. These factories represent the future of comprehensive automation, precision, and production optimization, setting a new direction for digital transformation in global manufacturing.

据介绍，“灯塔工厂”由世界经济论坛与管理咨询公司麦肯锡合作开展遴选，被誉为“世界上最先进的工厂”，代表着智能制造的全球最高水平，生产过程的全面自动化、精确化和最优化，指引着全球制造业数字化转型的新方向。

As the accelerating global technological progress and the mounting environmental pressures, improving production efficiency has become a pressing need. This year, twenty-two new manufacturers—each dedicated to innovation—earned titles such as "Sustainable Lighthouse""Single Factory Lighthouse" and "End-to-End Lighthouse". Among them, ZMJ Intelligent Park was named a "Single Factory Lighthouse". "These companies provide a blueprint for enhancing production efficiency, improving problem-solving capabilities, and promoting innovative AI solutions," said Kiva Allgood, head of the World Economic Forum's Center for Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

随着全球科技不断进步和环境压力与日俱增，提高生产效率可谓迫在眉睫，此次新晋22家锐意创新的制造企业，分别获得“可持续灯塔”“单一工厂灯塔”“端到端灯塔”等称号，其中郑煤机智慧园区获得“单一工厂灯塔”称号。“这些企业为提升生产效率、提高解决问题能力和促进创新的人工智能解决方案提供了蓝图。”世界经济论坛先进制造与供应链中心总负责人Kiva Allgood评价说。

Inside the Intelligent Park, sparks from welding machines fly as robotic arms flip, grab, cut, weld, and assemble in a seamless flow of activity. The workshop is nearly deserted except for a few inspectors. "Although the workshop is becoming more 'unmanned', production efficiency is higher than ever before." said Jiao Chengyao, Party Secretary and Chairman of Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery.

焊花飞溅，机械臂挥舞翻转，抓取、切割、焊接、拼装等工序如行云流水……在郑煤机智慧园区，除了零星几名工人检查巡视，几乎看不到其他身影。“尽管车间日渐‘无人’，但生产效率却更胜从前。”郑煤机党委书记、董事长焦承尧说。

Since the establishment of ZMJ Shu Yun Technology Co., Ltd. in 2020, the R&D team has been exploring automation, networking, and intelligent solutions. Their efforts have integrated 48 innovative technologies, including the Internet of Things, machine learning, and self-adaptive automation. These innovations have reduced delivery times by 66%, increased per capita output by 205%, and lowered product defect rates by 73%. This transformation has enabled ZMJ to meet customers' demands for fully customized hydraulic supports with faster delivery, positioning the company as a high-efficiency, flexible smart factory.

自郑煤机2020年成立郑州煤机数耘智能科技有限公司以来，研发团队朝着自动化、网络化、智能化方向不断探索，集成物联网、机器学习和自适应自动化等48项创新技术，将订货交付时间缩短了66%，人均产量提高了205%，产品缺陷率降低了73%，满足了客户对于全定制液压支架和更快交付的需求，推动郑煤机转型成为高效、灵活的智慧工厂。

The transformation from a traditional manufacturing plant to a "lighthouse factory" requires a large number of people to switch from traditional technical engineers to digital engineers. "The first change of manufacturing in the future is the change of people." Fan Gongyin, general manager of ZMJ Shu Yun Technology said that engineers need to change from dealing with machinery to dealing with both machinery and data to optimize the production process.

从传统制造工厂转型成“灯塔工厂”，首先需要一大批人从传统技术工程师转为数字化工程师。“未来制造变革，首先是人的变革。”郑州煤机数耘智能科技有限公司总经理范公银说，工程师需要从和机械打交道，变成和机械、数据一起打交道，优化生产流程。

What makes the "light" of a lighthouse factory shine is innovation, which fuels traditional manufacturing enterprises to enter new life cycles. In the first half year, ZMJ achieved an operating income of 18.953 billion yuan, a 4.01% increase year-on-year, and a net profit of 2.162 billion yuan, up 28.66%.

“灯塔之光”之所以闪亮，是因为有创新作为其发展内核，让传统制造企业进入新的生命周期。今年上半年，郑煤机实现营业收入189.53亿元，同比增长4.01%；归母净利润21.62亿元，同比增长28.66%。
