On June 3, the "China International Service Platform" (www.chinajob.com) was officially launched by the Foreign Talent Research Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. This platform is a comprehensive upgrade of services for talented foreigners nationwide. This platform focuses on talented foreigners and aims to enhance the convenience and comfort of talented foreigners' work and life in China. The desire is to help integrate talented foreigners into Chinese society as soon as possible by providing comprehensive information services that are "full-chain, integrated, convenient, and integrated online and offline". The "China International Service Platform" is identified as public welfare, service-oriented, social, and guide-oriented. It has the following three distinctive features:

(1) Scenario-Based – divided into different groups such as work, business, study, and tourism and has various "Life in China" scenarios related to food, entertainment, transportation, sightseeing, medical care, and Chinese language learning. Included are various guides for first-time visitors to China to help navigate and locate relevant platform information;

(2) One-Stop – to create a one-stop information market where authoritative policy services, accurate information services, and intimate life services have been integrated;

(3) Friendly – use of an all-English layout, useful FAQ and answers, highlights foreign talent’s immersive story sharing, focuses on cordial and friendly interactive experience, and is according to the usage habits of foreigners.

The "China International Service Platform" has seven main divisions: Policies, Events, In Focus, Jobs, Stories, Charming Cities, and Discover. In the future, the platform will also provide various offline activities, such as policy releases and promotions, visits to charming cities, visits to high-tech enterprises, face-to-face recruitment matching, local cultural experiences, etc., making the service more useful and inviting. The "China International Service Platform" is an important window for talented foreigners to understand China, a warm home for settling in China, and a new starting point for falling in love with China. 6月3日，由人力资源和社会保障部国外人才研究中心全新推出的“外籍人才综合服务平台”(www.chinajob.com)正式上线。该平台旨在通过 “全链条、集成式、便捷化、线上线下融合”的综合信息服务，提升外籍人才在华工作生活的便利度、舒适度。

“外籍人才综合服务平台”是公益类、服务性、社会化、指南型平台，具有以下三个鲜明特点：场景化，面向工作、经商、学习、旅游等不同群体，设计美食、娱乐、交通、观光、医疗、汉语学习等多类在华生活场景，提供初次来华各项指南，实现对相关信息的准确导航；一站式，集成权威的政策服务、精准的资讯服务以及贴心的生活服务，打造一站式信息集市；友好型，采用全英文版面，选取高频事项问答，突出外籍人才沉浸式故事分享，注重亲切友好的互动体验，符合外国人使用习惯。

“外籍人才综合服务平台”设置七大主要栏目：人才政策、活动预告、重要事件、求职招聘、中国故事、城市频道、生活发现。

未来，平台还将举办各类线下活动，如政策发布宣介、魅力城市走访、高新技术企业参观考察、面对面招聘对接、地方特色文化体验等，服务更加贴心、更具温度。
