The Year of the Dragon has injected extra vitality into the vibrant tradition of dragon dances in Central China's Henan Province. As various folk dramas gain popularity, dragon dances have evolved from temple rituals to cherished folk customs, symbolizing gratitude for good fortune.

In Xijieguan Village, Nanle County, Henan Province, its dragon dance can trace back several hundred years. The village boasts a dragon dance exhibition hall showcasing two handmade dragons measuring two hundred meters in length, once featured at the 2020 CCTV Spring Festival Gala. Additionally, numerous dragons crafted by the skilled hands of local villagers adorn the hall.
