河南项城：英文直播出圈拿下联合国订单

On February 21, 2024, workers and machines were operating at full blast in the production workshop of Henan Quye Outdoor Products Co., Ltd., Xiangcheng Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, Zhoukou City, Henan Province. It is the company’s first order in the Chinese New Year--the relief tents -- from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Due to the time urgency, more than 30 workers work overtime until 22:00 every night.

2024年2月21日，大雪纷飞，天寒地冻。位于河南省周口市项城市先进制造业开发区河南趣野户外用品有限公司的生产车间，机声隆隆，人影匆匆。这是公司新年第一单——联合国难民署的救灾帐篷，由于要得急，30多名工人每晚加班到22时。

The workshop took on busy production scenes, and the workers were all highly concentrated on Cutting, hemming, folding, heat-closing, sewing, etc. "After the Lantern Festival, more than 30 employees will return. We all work towards the common goal of meeting the deadline and maintaining our credibility!" Jiang Weitao, the company manager who worked overtime for a whole week, told the reporter hoarsely, "The English live steaming team has made undeniable contributions in receiving the order!"

剪裁、锁边、折叠、热合、缝制……员工们个个聚精会神，车间到处都是红红火火的生产景象。“过了元宵节，还有30多名员工陆续上班，大家有一个共同目标，赶工期、保信誉！”连续加班一个星期的公司经理姜伟涛用嘶哑的声音告诉记者，“能拿下这个订单，英文直播带货团队功不可没！”

Quye Outdoor is a high-tech production enterprise that designs, produces, and sells tents, backpacks, and other outdoor camping equipment. It is a "specialized and start-up" enterprise in Henan Province, owning more than 20 patents and independent import and export rights, with its products sold to more than 50 countries and regions worldwide. In 2023, amid a complex international landscape, the enterprise made its sales volume increase by nearly 30% compared with 2022 by strengthening R&D, participating in exhibitions, and innovating its promotion methods to realize the dual circulation of export and domestic sales.

趣野户外是一家设计、生产、销售帐篷、背包等户外露营装备的高科技生产型企业、河南省“专精特新”企业，拥有20多项专利和独立进出口权，产品销往全球50多个国家和地区。2023年，面对复杂的国际形势，公司通过强化研发、参加展会、创新销售等方式，实现外销、内销双循环，销售额比2022年提升近30%。

"This order starts with the negotiation at the Canton Fair," Jiang, in the company’s e-commerce live-streaming studio, said that the company launched its English live-streaming in 2021. Foreign trade salesmen introduced and displayed products in fluent English, attracting many foreign customers. At the Canton Fair and Expo in 2023, many subscribers visited the company’s booth for their “fun camping” series of products. "Faithfulness and loyalty are important in doing business with UNHCR. In order to meet the project deadline, the company specially gave red envelopes to employees who returned to work ahead of time in the New Year!"

“这个订单是从广交会上开始商洽的！”在公司电商直播间，姜伟涛告诉记者，公司从2021年起推出英文视频直播，由外贸业务员全程用英语向客户介绍展示产品，圈了大量国外粉丝。在2023年的广交会和进博会上，许多粉丝到公司展位上参观咨询他们的“趣野营”系列产品。“初次和联合国难民署打交道，言而有信最重要。为了赶工期，公司特意为提前上班的员工发放了新年红包！”

Near a sewing machine at the door of the production workshop, Jin Yiqing, a handy guy from Jiangxi province, is doing his job in a busy and orderly way, and the live broadcast team on his side moves gently with gestures. Having worked here for four years, Jin Yiqing is the best employee, with his monthly salary often breaking the 10,000-yuan mark. As a "new blue collar" model, Jin has been introduced several times in the English live broadcast. On the fifth day of the Chinese New Year, as soon as he came back from his hometown in Jiangxi, he worked as a mainstay in the workshop. "He said if employees work overtime, the company will receive more orders and will reward them with a bonus every month!" the anchor introduced him in English.

在靠近生产车间门口的一台缝纫机旁，手脚麻利的江西小伙金义清拿起布料，锁边、缝制、折叠……忙而有序，一旁的直播团队打着手势轻手轻脚不断移动。金义清在此工作4年，是生产状元，月工资经常破万元，是英文直播多次介绍的“新蓝领”。大年初五，他从江西老家一赶回来，就像拧紧的发条，一刻也不停下来。“他的想法很朴实：员工多加班、公司多接单，月月都领超产奖！”主播用英文这样介绍他。

With the innovative sales method, the company has received numerous orders, which have been scheduled for the end of May 2024. "We will seize the opportunity and make every effort for a good start so as to lay a solid foundation for the company’s long-term development," said Jiang confidently while confirming the orders with the computer.
