With the gradual implementation of the "the Belt and Road" Initiative, the new Silk Road has brought new vitality to Zhengzhou, a landlocked city in China. Shafiq, the protagonist from Pakistan, graduated from Zhengzhou University in 2017 and started an organization to help Pakistani students study in China. He continuously brings out the talented students and high-end talents from his hometown to a more developed, inclusive, and broader stage, building a bridge for talent exchange between China and other countries.
