Henan issues 4,419 certificates of origin between Jan-Sept, up 16%

今年以来，鹤壁市博龙畜牧机械有限公司外贸发展有了新突破，不仅在马来西亚结交了“新朋友”，与当地一家设备安装企业达成战略合作，还决定在马设立办事处，大力开拓东南亚市场。随着RCEP“朋友圈”的不断扩大，越来越多的河南外贸企业抓住机遇进入新赛道，积极拓展海外业务。

In the first three quarters, Zhengzhou Customs issued 4,419 certificates of origin for 1.71-billion-yuan export cargo, the number of which increased by 16 percent year-on-year, said local authority on October 26. Besides, the number of applicants reached 326, up by 7 percent year-on-year. Apart from the export cargo, 68.279 million yuan of import cargo was benefited from the RCEP agreement. Through favorable policies, 1.144 million yuan of tax reduction was achieved.

记者10月26日从郑州海关获悉，今年前三季度，该关共为豫企出口商品签发RCEP原产地证书4419份，货值17.1亿元，签发证书数量同比增长16%，申请RCEP签证的出口企业数量达到326家、同比增长7%。同时，全省RCEP项下享惠进口货值6827.9万元，通过政策利好为企业减让税款114.4万元。

"Both the number of certificates of origin and the number of export enterprises have risen, reflecting the increased engagement of Henan's foreign trade enterprises, and the strengthened endogenous driving force of foreign trade exchanges between Henan and the RCEP members." According to Zhengzhou Customs, with the continuous release of policy dividends, the driving force of RCEP for Henan's foreign trade will become more powerful.

“原产地证书数量和出口企业数量双提升，说明省内企业对RCEP的知晓度、参与度越来越高，河南与RCEP成员国之间外贸交往的内生动力不断增强。”郑州海关有关人士说，随着政策红利不断释放，RCEP对全省外贸的拉动力也将持续增强。
