“通过论坛可以分析城市旅游业发展面临的问题，探讨可行的解决方案。”9月4日，在2023中国（郑州）国际旅游城市市长论坛上，埃及地方发展部部长希沙姆·阿姆纳对中国政府搭建交流平台、为促进旅游业可持续发展做出的努力表达了感激之情。

"On the forum, we can analyze the problems of the development of the urban tourism industry and seek solutions." On September 4, at the 2023 China (Zhengzhou) International Mayor's Forum on Tourism (IMFT), Egyptian Minister of Local Development Hesham Abdelghani Abdelaziz Amna expressed gratitude to the Chinese government for providing the exchange platform and promoting sustainable development of the tourism industry.

“全球旅游业可持续发展面临着挑战。在新形势下，需要探索旅游城市可持续发展的新动力。”希沙姆·阿姆纳认为，本次论坛在这方面做出了很好的示范，让大家有机会规划新的发展路径，促进旅游业可持续发展。

Hesham Amna said that the sustainable development of the global tourism industry faces challenges. It is necessary to find new driving forces for the sustainable development of tourism cities under new circumstances. IMFT can help people to find new paths.

作为非洲著名的旅游地之一，埃及近年来在着力提振旅游业。“埃及政府一直积极探索如何充分利用旅游城市的自然资源和文化遗产。”谈及如何激发旅游城市的发展新活力，希沙姆·阿姆纳说，旅游业和文化遗产能够吸引投资、创造就业，因此需要把恢复和保护古城置于发展议程的首位。“我们需要制定具体政策和计划，与地方公共政策结合，加强文化遗产旅游治理，进一步释放城市活力。”

As one of the famous tourist destinations in Africa, Egypt has been striving to boost its tourism industry in recent years. According to Hesham Amna, the Egyptian government has been actively exploring how to utilize tourism cities' natural resources and cultural heritage. The restoration and protection of ancient cities should be given priority. Moreover, policies and plans should be carried out, and tourism governance in cultural heritages should be strengthened to unleash urban vitality further.

古城文旅资源丰富，文化底蕴深厚，具有不可替代的文化价值。希沙姆·阿姆纳表示，可持续发展的旅游业需要权衡环境、经济、社会、文化等多种因素，当务之急便是从多个层面对古城进行改造和维护。当然，也需要更加充分地照顾古城的特殊条件和个性需求，协调绿色环保和有效出行之间的关系等，使所有人都能从城市开发中获益。

Hesham Amna added that sustainable development of tourism requires balancing the environment, economy, society, culture, and other factors, and what is pressing now is to transform and preserve the old cities. Of course, it is also necessary to consider each ancient city's features and manage the relationship between environmental protection and transportation so that everyone can benefit from urban development.

“以人为本是促进旅游业可持续发展最重要的因素和目标之一。”希沙姆·阿姆纳说，期待通过中国（郑州）国际旅游城市市长论坛，为古城创造更加光明的未来，保护多样且独特的人类文化遗产。
