This year marks the 10th anniversary of the inception of China's "Belt and Road" initiative (BRI). Henan International Communication Center (HICC) and the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Henan Province give the special coverage "Through Ambassadors' Eyes" to present China and Henan from the perspective of Ambassadors to China.

According to Mr. Antonio Serifo Embalo, Ambassador of Guinea-Bissau to China, Henan is rich in cultural resources, has deep historical foundations, and has impressive agricultural development. He said the "the Belt and Road" initiative is a win-win strategy widely welcomed in Africa. He is full of expectations for future cooperation between Guinea-Bissau and China, as well as with Henan province.
