I am Xiao Junli, a shunter at Putian Station of Zhengzhou Depot of China Railway Zhengzhou Group Co.,Ltd.

我干调车工作二十多年了，干中欧班列调车员快十年了

I have been working as a shunter for more than 20 years, and as a shunter for China Railway (CR) Express freight trains for nearly 10 years.

我们每天要为中欧班列服务8个小时

We have to serve CR Express freight trains for 8 hours every day.

我作为一名调车长，必须检查闸链松弛，折角赛门打开，防跳销插好，软管接好，检查铁鞋，前三位是否关闭。

As a shunting commander, I must check for slack in the brake chain, open the corner race door, insert the anti jump pin, connect the hose, and check whether the iron shoes and the first three positions are closed.

这些程序如果是能做到位，就可以发车了。

If these procedures can be completed, the train can depart.

我干这么多年，我的手上磨得都是茧，特别累。

I have been working for so many years, and my hands are all covered in calluses. It is indeed very tired.

白天干一天的工作，回家倒头就睡。

After working all day, I went home and fell asleep.

夜班一夜都不休息。除了40分钟吃饭时间，其他都是工作时间。

Except for the 40 minutes to have meals, there’s no time to rest when I’m on the night shift.

原来的中欧班列，一个星期基本上也就是六七列。一列也就是42节左右。

The CR Express freight train handled six or seven trips weekly in the past, with 42 carriages in each trip.

现在中欧班列一星期二十多列，一列55节左右。

But now, it makes over 20 trips weekly, with 55 carriages in each trip.

中欧班列就跟我手里的钩子一样，不但把咱河南的产品拉到了外国，让外国人都尝到咱河南的土特产，也把外国的东西拉到了咱中国，让咱中国人品尝到外国的好东西。它不仅连接的是咱河南老家和国外的商品，也是连接中国和国外的桥梁。

我作为一名调车长能把中欧班列平平安安的能发出去，十分自豪。

Like this hook in my hand, the CR Express freight train services not only take Henan's products to foreign countries, making it possible for foreigners to taste Henan's local specialties, but also bring foreign products to China, so that Chinese people can also taste delicious food from other countries.
