On June 26, some foreign diplomats and business heavyweights from Hong Kong visited Henan. Mr. Almas SEITAKYNOV, Consul General of Kazakhstan in Hong Kong, came to Henan for the first time. Mr. Almas SEITAKYNOV, Consul General of Kazakhstan in Hong Kong: I'm first time visiting this place, and I understand more about Chinese culture. The Belt and Road Initiative was first announced in 2013 in the capital of Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan is fully supported this important initiative. Cultural exchange is also very important. Henan is the cradle of Chinese culture. Our diplomats from Hong Kong this time visit this beautiful place, Zhengzhou city, Luoyang City, and explore more economic, cultural opportunities and human exchanges. Henan is very important in cooperation with Kazakhstan. We are interesting to cooperate in many fields of economy, in infrastructure, in agricultural sector, in education. Also in Henan province, we have a number of students who is studying in universities. We have your citizens (who work and study in Kazakhstan.) Belt and Road Initiative is very important for Kazakhstan. As I said, we have many opportunities between Kazakhstan and Henan in agricultural field, in infrastructure, in education, in science.

 哈萨克斯坦驻港总领事赛塔肯诺夫：这是我第一次来河南，此行我对中国文化有了更深入的了解。“一带一路”倡议是2013年在哈萨克斯坦首次提出的。哈萨克斯坦全力支持这一倡议。文化交流同样非常重要。河南是中华文明的摇篮。我们（在港领团代表）此次参访河南郑州、洛阳两地，有利于深化经贸合作，扩大人文交流。哈萨克斯坦和河南之间开展合作非常重要，希望双方能在经济、基础设施、农业、教育等领域加强合作。目前，有很多哈萨克斯坦籍留学生在河南留学，也有很多中国公民在哈萨克斯坦工作、学习。对于哈萨克斯坦来说，“一带一路”倡议的重要行不言而喻。正如我刚才所说，河南和哈萨克斯坦在农业、基础设施、教育、科技等领域有许多合作机会。
