2月17日,中国科技部对发展中国家科技援助项目汇报会在郑州举办。塔吉克斯坦农业部副部长惹瓦索耶夫·惹瓦索在杜尚别市分会场的视频连线中向中方项目组成员表示感谢,同时期待双方进一步深化合作。

On February 17, the briefing of the project of China's Ministry of Science and Technology on S&T assistance for developing countries was held in Zhengzhou, Central China's Henan. ЗЕВАРШОИ ЗЕВАРШО ТАЙҒУНШОЗОДА, deputy minister of the Agricultural Ministry of Tajikistan, thanked the Chinese project team via video from Dushanbe and hoped to deepen the bilateral cooperation.

科技部常规性科技援助项目“蔬菜采后产地减损及初加工技术集成与示范”中方承担单位负责人、河南省农科院加工所特色农产品加工研究室主任王赵改研究员介绍,经过两年的努力,该项目建立了适合塔国蔬菜生产的采后贮藏保鲜技术体系,累计覆盖蔬菜产量达25000吨,蔬菜采后损失降低了20%,胡萝卜、土豆、洋葱的冷藏贮藏期均延长至6个月以上。赵改表示,项目还为塔方企业制定了贮藏保鲜技术规程3项,胡萝卜热泵干燥、蔬菜脆片及辣椒酱加工技术规程3项,培养了7名技术骨干。同时,该项目帮助塔国建立了蔬菜加工技术集成体系,开发出蔬菜休闲制品和调味料等4种工艺10余种产品,实现了蔬菜脆片、剁椒风味辣椒酱的产业化生产。

Wang Zhaogai is a researcher from the Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and is responsible for the regular S&T assistance project -- "Integration and Demonstration of Loss Reduction after Vegetable-Picking and Primary Processing Technology" from China's Ministry of Science and Technology. According to him, the project has developed a system for vegetable storage and fresh-keeping in Tajikistan, covering a total of 25,000 tons of vegetables, reducing the loss of vegetables after picking by 20%, and extending the cold storage period of carrots, potatoes, and onions by at least six months. As stated by Wang, the project has provided enterprises in Tajikistan with three technical regulations on storage and fresh-keeping, three technical regulations on heat pump drying of carrots, and the processing of vegetable crisps and chili sauces. In addition, seven technical experts have been trained during the project. Meanwhile, the project has helped Tajikistan to set up an integrated system for vegetable processing technology, develop more than ten products with four different techniques covering vegetable leisure food and seasoning, and realize the industrialized production of vegetable crisps and chopped chili sauces.

塔吉克斯坦是首批响应“一带一路”倡议的国家之一,2014年开始从河南引进多个农作物优良品种。塔国主栽蔬菜产品供应时间为7至9月,缺乏系统配套的蔬菜贮藏保鲜及加工增值技术,采后损失高达35%,而且每年10月到来年7月,蔬菜供应便出现严重短缺。为此,河南省农科院农副产品加工研究中心联合中国科学院植物研究所、塔吉克斯坦经研银海公司等机构,于2020年共同承担了该项目。

As one of the first countries to join the "Belt and Road" Initiative, Tajikistan has started to import various quality agricultural varieties from Henan since 2014. Due to the lack of systematic techniques forvegetable storage, fresh-keeping, and processing to add value, the country will face a severe shortage of vegetables every October to next July. To solve this problem, the Agricultural and Sideline Products Process and Research Center of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences undertook the project in 2020 with other institutions of the two countries.

省科技厅副厅长陈志强介绍,近年来,我省积极参与“一带一路”建设,通过项目实施、平台建设,与塔吉克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦等沿线国家建立了长期稳定的科技合作关系,转化推广了一批科技创新成果,为推动我省先进技术和装备“走出去”实现互惠共赢打开了广阔空间。

According to Chen Zhiqiang, deputy director of Henan's Science and Technology Department, the province has been actively engaged in the BRI in recent years. It has developed a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with all BRI participants in S&T, such asTajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, and commercialized and promoted a series of outcomes in S&T innovation, thus opening up new horizons for the province's export in advanced technology and equipment.
